Shipping policy

Some orders are made to order and therefore will be allocated an expected wait time for completion (generally 10 business days). If the items are ready made and in stock they will be shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Our estimated delivery time-frame for all orders are our best estimates. We use reputable companies such as Sendle and Australia Post to ship your items. These usually offer a 5-10 business day turnaround. At present due to COVID19 delays with shipping are to be expected and out of our hands. If you are in a hurry for your items please make a NOTE at the checkout and choose express shipping to guarantee arrival of your items. 

Boho Wild Child does not accept responsibility for delays on behalf of the Supplier and therefore cannot accept cancellations due to such delays.

Please ensure you are willing to wait before placing order as once order is completed we are unable to cancel, exchange or offer a refund.
