ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Some orders are made to order and therefore will be allocated an expected wait time for completion (generally 5 business days). If the items are ready made and in stock they will be shipped within 1 business days or same day shipping if the order is received before 12PM.
Our estimated delivery time-frame for all orders are our best estimates. We use reputable companies such as Sendle and Australia Post to ship your items. These usually offer a 5-10 business day turnaround. At present due to COVID19 delays with shipping are to be expected and out of our hands. If you are in a hurry for your items please make a NOTE at the checkout and choose express shipping to guarantee arrival of your items.
Boho Wild Child does not accept responsibility for delays on behalf of the Supplier and therefore cannot accept cancellations due to such delays.
Please ensure you are willing to wait before placing order as once order is completed we are unable to cancel, exchange or offer a refund.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot exchange or refund items for change-of-mind due to hygiene reasons, so please choose your products carefully. Bare in mind that different monitors/screens will show the colours slightly differently. In the event of a faulty item please contact boho_wild_child@outlook.com
Boho Wild Child will determine if the product is faulty and damage has not been due to incorrect use or rough handling. Normal wear and tear is excluded from this. Please note that slight differences in wood markings can be present in beads, rings and teethers and will not affect the performance of the product.
PRIVACY:
Any of your personal information collected is used purely to complete your order, and/or to contact you regarding the progress of your order, or process a credit note or refund. We do not provide your information to any other third party. However we do not take responsibility of the platforms used to complete your order, ie: Paypal, AFTERPAY, Shopify, etc. Please refer to the service providers individual privacy policies.
